We
are proposing a Museum Education and Public Awareness Director.
The fact is there’s a lot of bad information out there. The industry
needs a credible, knowledgeable third party who will facilitate
better public and official understanding of exploration, production,
delivery and governance of energy resources.
This
person will be instrumental in serving as a clearinghouse of information
for reporters, legislators, scholars and the general public. Also,
the East Texas Oil Museum would host an annual distinguished lecture
series featuring renowned industry leaders as panelists presenting
controversial issues from opposing viewpoints adding to the scholarly
discussion of energy topics.
I'd
like additional information
